Antioch Woods is a small pocket neighborhood conveniently located minutes from the county line in Weddington. Most lots in Antioch Woods are an acre or more with great landscaping. Lewis Homes was the primary builder but there are a handful of custom homes as well. Most were built in 2001 and later.

Providence Woods is a popular Weddington neighborhood-although a portion of the neighborhood is in neighboring Mecklenburg County. Providence Woods is located across the street from the Weddington Swim and Raquet Club. An established neighborhood of custom homes, Providence Woods is primarily homes built in the 1980's with a handful of newer homes blended in.
