Brighton Park is located in the quaint town of Mint Hill which is on the outskirts of Charlotte. Three builders contributed to Brighton Park: Mattamy, M/I Homes and David Weekly Homes. Plantation Falls Estates is a neighborhood of luxury homes in Mint Hill. Plantation Falls is minutes from 485 and a short commute to Matthews or Monroe. Most of the homes were built between 2007 and 2008. Plantation Falls Estates have homesites from .7 to 2.5 acres with trees left in tact.
