Berewick

Berewick

Berewick is a sprawling community in the Lake Wylie area.  There are nine different villages within Berewick with a different builder for each one.  Home sizes range from 1,700 to over 4,000 square feet.  Two of the nine areas feature townhomes/condos that range from 1,400 to 1,800 square feet.  Berewick has a town center in its future with stores, office park and restaurants on-site.

 Bethelfields is located on Hwy 174 about 4 miles from the bridge into North Carolina and onto Charlotte.  Bethelfields is less than 1/2-mile from an excellent elementary school and less than 5 miles from the superior Clover High School.

Cooks Cove is a small custom built development on Lake Wylie Road.  There are about 50-homes in all of Cooks Cove.  All of the homes are over 3000 to 6000 square feet.  All of the homesites in Cooks Cove are at least 1-acre.

Forest Oaks is an entry level community two miles off Lake Wylie on Hwy 49 on the South Carolina side.  Forest Oaks is essentially two communities in one.  Approximately 30 homes were built in the mid to late 1980’s and another 150 plus were built in the early 2000’s.  Home sizes in Forest Oaks range from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet.  Most of the homes are 2 story with 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths and are on lots from .1 to .25 Acres.  One car garages are prevalent in Forest Oaks but there are many homes with 2 car garages.
