Berewick is a sprawling community in the Lake Wylie area. There are nine different villages within Berewick with a different builder for each one. Home sizes range from 1,700 to over 4,000 square feet. Two of the nine areas feature townhomes/condos that range from 1,400 to 1,800 square feet. Berewick has a town center in its future with stores, office park and restaurants on-site.

Bethelfields is located on Hwy 174 about 4 miles from the bridge into North Carolina and onto Charlotte. Bethelfields is less than 1/2-mile from an excellent elementary school and less than 5 miles from the superior Clover High School.

Creeks Edge is in the Rock Hill school district with excellent schools including the award winning Southwest Rock Hill High School. Shopping for Creeks Edge is generally closer in Rock Hill is more abundant in the Lake Wylie area. The closest covered mall is about 10 miles away in Rock Hill. Forest Oaks is an entry level community two miles off Lake Wylie on Hwy 49 on the South Carolina side. Forest Oaks is essentially two communities in one.
