Seven Oaks is a good lookin' community located in Rock Hill SC. It is located just south of the Manchester Village area of Rock Hill at exit 79 on I77 (Dave Lyle Blvd). Most of the homes in Seven Oaks are pretty big. Ranging from 2200 sqr feet to over 3000 square feet. The homes are a mix of all brick and partial brick veneer. I believe the builders did a great job with the layout of Seven Oaks. The front entrance way is broad, wide, and tree lined. It's a very welcoming beginning. Also, even with the lots averaging .21 acres or so, the neighborhood doesn't seem cramped. There are not a ton of amenities but Seven Oaks does have a pool.
