Roddey Park is a new home community located in Rock Hill, SC. If you are looking for an affordable new home in this area, Roddey Park would be a good place to start. You just know we should be able to talk this builder into providing us with some incentive to buy. Roddey Park is also distinctive for it's natural, open site plan. It's surrounded by trees, has what are called "safe" tree areas and there is a huge common area and playground. Not far from all the amenities Rock Hill and Fort Mill have to offer either.
