Rolling Hills is a mature, established neighborhood off of Highway 74 in Monroe. The homes vary in size and style-alot were built in the 70's and 80's but there are some newer homes mixed in. Rolling Hills does not have a home owner's association but the pool, golf and tennis are available with a country club membership.
Rolling Hills have lots that vary in size but the norm is about 1 acre. Prices vary due to the difference in sizes and style-there are simple brick ranches and 2 story colonials as well as contemporary homes.
