The Community of Windsor in Kannapolis is located off of Oakwood Ave just 1.5 miles from I-85. This makes for a easy commute to shopping, entertainment and Uptown Charlotte. The community consists of only custom built homes with all homes having brick fronts or are full brick. Styles are mostly ranch and some 2 story homes.
The lot sizes vary, but are generous and almost all have at least a half acre so there is plenty of space for you or the kids to run around and enjoy your yard. Home sizes range from 2150 sqft to 4000 sqft. Some homes in the neighborhood have basements which are not very common in the area.
Windsor is conveniently located to the Research Campus for professionals in that line of work. It is also just 7 miles away from Concord Mills Mall and Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord which are the Charlotte area's biggest attractions. Windsor is also located a close 12 miles to the areas main water attraction Lake Norman for all your nautical pleasures.
If you are looking for a community that has a lot to offer and is close enough to everything....but not too close... Windsor should be on your list. |
