Quail Ridge is located in Fort Mill, SC. This is a neighborhood that I have only recently become acquainted with. Diversified and unique is a great way to describe it. Different styles and sizes all blending together into what I think is just a very pleasant and comfortable community. Quail Ridge is also one of those communities that doesn't seem to have very many homes for sale at one time. Judging by the people walking their dogs, smiling and waving, kids playing with their friends it's no wonder people like to live there. And of course there is always the great schools and low taxes in Fort Mill.
