Another great Fort Mill neighborhood with some just stunning homes is Ashford on the Water. Plenty of elbow room, walking trails to enjoy the day and your very own neighborhood lake. (OK, more like a big pond, but it is pretty nice) Ashford is located in Fort Mill on the west side of I77. You get wonderful estate home living with the fun and excitement of uptown Charlotte a short drive away. Of course if you don't wish to make the trek to Charlotte, fine dining and shopping is just an exit away in Baxter Village.
