Diane Shores is located just west of Exit 28 off I-77 in Cornelius, NC off Jetton Rd. The west side of Cornelius around Lake Norman has many pennisulas, coves and waterviews, it is a very special place. Some home sites offer long lake views. Architecture varies around the community and with the size of the home. This community is inside The Pennisula, near the Golf & Country Club. This finger of the penninsula offers many differnt looks with homes that very in price from the high 300K up to several hundred thousand dollars. Diane Shores is just a couple of minutes to great shopping, restaurants, Jetton Park and walking trails. For the golfers The Pennisula Country Club is next door or feel free to play one of the near by private & public golf coures. There are several boat marinas around that offer access and storage to Lake Norman. A commute to Uptown Charlotte is less then 14 miles away and varies in time depending on the time of day.
